Tangy Dressing

Mix, then taste and adjust as desired:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tsp spicy brown mustard

This simple dressing goes well with lots of things – Last night I drizzled it over already-split baked potatoes for a flavorful alternative to butter, bacon, cheese and sour cream.  Today I had it on a salad.  Tomorrow I’m going to try it on a wrap, or to marinate chicken, or……. : )
